Lazy day, hit trail at 6 and had a fairly decent pace and still got 10 in by ten. Took a break by a lake and had tea and crackers. Did another 4 miles and had lunch. did another 2 and hit a road where a guy named legend and a guy named Storytime were doing trail magic, oreos and root beer. So good. Did another 2 and stopped at an awesome ridge outcropping view over lake Tahoe and sat there for a while. Did another 3 to the top of a ridge in some trees and dry camped, without mosquitoes! Well, there were still a some but we were able to sit outside and play cribbage without getting bit. I won but it was a close game.
