My last two weeks before hitting the trail full time were a blur of decision making, organizing, packing, and running around town to have all my supplies ready for packing.

Since I'm not sure how fast I'll be walking in a few months, I recruited my Mom to pack the resupplies as I go. That will make life way easier, thanks Mom!

Here is the food, extra gear and maps all organized into (hopefully) an easy resupply packing assembly line. This isn't all the food I will need.... it's about 90 days of essentials. I will be adding to this from towns along the way, but it's a good start and will help cut the cost of food shopping in expensive small mountain towns.
