Did 25 and still got to camp just after 6. Even stopped to eat huckleberries a few times.
I saw two frogs. And a tree that someone had counted the Rings on. It was over 600 years old. Crazy to think about.

Passed two groups of guys heading up to attempt Glacier Peak. Intense. That looks like such a serious mountain. It intimidates me from below the treeline.
Got passed by a pack train (4 horses). We asked them about the fire that we could smell and see haze from but they said the fire was way east of the pct.
My strange hand chaff from my trekking poles. It's been like that since northern California.
It's on my thumbs too.
Dirt infused callous.
We passed the less than 100 miles left mark. Crazy that we are in double digits only now. Part of me is pretty excited for the next adventure to start and part of me isn't quite ready for this to be over. My feet, ankle, and hands are ready to be done and start healing but I am still pretty happy to wake up with the sunrise and walk through some gorgeous lands and watch it change as I slowly head north. I've always been thinking I'm just walking to the next water, the next break, the next camp, and getting excited for the next valley, the next pass, the next big mountain, the next river, and planning for the next resupply. But tomorrow is our last resupply and the miles are dwindling pretty quick. Better eat as many huckleberries as I can before the next adventure starts
