Lots of up. You'd think after 2486 miles I'd be used to that. I'm not.
Two frogs on trail. And a grouse. And a couple camp robbers dive bombing us for apple cores.
Met a ultra runner on the trail while we sitting at a break. She ran down and filled our water so we wouldn't have to walk the extra 0.3 to get water. She talked to us for a while, filled us in on current events and had a nice conversation.
Saw glacier peak for the first time today! And Rainier in the distance hiding in clouds.
